Pricing

Payment Details:​

  • Insurance is not accepted at this time. 

  • Receipts are available for those using flexible spending or submitting for reimbursement ​​

  • Cash, Check, Venmo + Visa/Mastercard Accepted.

  • Payment expected at time of service.​

​​RESPECT is the name of the game when it comes to the following:

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Any cancellation made within 24 hrs of appointment will be billed in full.  If needed, Anna will request that  a credit card be kept on file.

*If cancellation is for sudden sickness, emergency or adverse driving conditions please reach out to Anna ASAP so the appointment can be filled with another client.

SICK POLICY:

* Please don't show up sick.  If you have had a fever or the stomach bug in the last 24 hrs or have recently tested positive for covid or flu,  please reschedule.

The client is responsible for updating any billing information with Total Athlete Care in a timely manner.
